Kye Kinch was the leader of the pack. Not letting go of 1st place at any point and leading from lights to flag, moving much faster than his dad who with huge ray-ban glasses coving his face and grasping a can of Monster Energy drink wasn’t falling anyone! Good night out was it Dean?
Jack Williamson followed Kye across the line in 2nd 3.5 seconds behind. Another3.5 seconds behind Jack was Oliver “The Wolf” Shelton as the top three found themselves their own little part of the track and never really saw each other until their return to the pitlane.
Oliver Shelton spent the break between heat 1 and 2 feeding the good Wolf as it was he that get back to winning ways! Winner of race 2 saw a happy Oliver as the chequered flag flew. Jack Williamson filled 2nd, just a few inches of the Wolf’s tail leaving 3rd for Kye as we saw the same drivers fill the podium positions.
“Bootlegging” Beau started his race day as he wanted it to continue, 1st place, it wasn’t easy! Big shout out to Callum Folan, 2nd place at the finish after a sterling effort keeping Beau very honest. We all had a small tea break and were then greeting by Joshua Pattirck who filled 3rd, 9 seconds behind.
Beau again had the rub of the green in race 2, another win, Joshua Pattrick this time collected 2nd, much closer to Beau in this race, just 3 tenths behind our race winner. Nathan “The Dab” Crowley secured the final podium position, not such a great race for Callum in race two as he finished a lap down!
Callum Folan didn’t let a low result in heat two slow him down, a win in the B final secured a place in the A final
An incredibly close race in the A final saw the front 3 drivers break away and soon have the race to themselves, Jack Williamson kept huffing and puffing but couldn’t find a way past Beau Sullivan and we soon had a four kart race for the win as Callum Folan again got himself involved!
Beau kept his position to cross the line and take the win, these points will be very important for his championship challenge. Jack Williamson held onto 2nd millimetres ahead of Kye Kinch and Callum Folan.
Driver Of The Day
Jack Adams showed his best impression of the England football team, he took the lead then parked the bus, the only different being Jack didn’t conceded 3 French goals, Jack held on for the full 12 points winning race 1 and frustrating the entire field who couldn’t find a way past!
Jake Taplin slouched across the line to fill 2nd, good points for his championship campaign. Harry Nottage is getting to grips with the senior kart now. 3rd across the line for Harry.
Jack Adams’ bus run out of fuel for race two, this allowed the returning Fraser Bruton to collect his first ever win in a senior kart, in his first racing week, is there anything he can’t win in? Fraser finished 3 seconds clear of Harry Nottage who again secured a podium place. Hello James! James Rose actually put his competitive attitude in his kit bag this week, 3rd was the result!
Eddie! Eddie! Eddie! Eddie “Irvine” Boswell was the only star in the sky in race 1 “Awesomely” leading from lights to flag and controlling every lap! Let see more of that please.
IaroslavKovalev was best of the rest as he secured 2nd leaving Mason “In A Hurry” Murray 3rd.
Moring Adam, Brentwood School’s Adam Harding was with us today, he woke up for race 2… and drove away to a comfortable win! Rishi Gupta also from Brentwood school filled 2nd with Iaroslav grabbing another podium, guess which school he goes to? The same as 4th place Mason Murray. Brentwood School should be collecting a few trophies in 2 weeks and the BSKC final!
Andoni Constant-Tineo won his place in the A final after a win in the B Final.
The battle for the A Final was between two drivers, Adam Harding and Fraser Brunton, pulling 10 seconds clear of 3rd place in the A final could be considered dominate.
Jack Adams’ continued his impression of the England teams defensive, filling 3rd and parking the bus. Jack wasn’t counting on Jake Taplin’s impression of the Argentinian attack; a massively mistimed “Tackle” resulted in Jack swapping 3rd for 11th and Jake receiving an ABC and breaking his kart in the process…. Points make prises in a championship. Patience, Patience, Patience!
Merry Christmas James Rose! James filled 3rd!
Adam has done it, he’s slipped passed Fraser and now takes the lead, Fraser fights back but the chequered flag is waving! Adam takes 1st followed by Fraser and James Rose,
