A full house!
50 drivers this week, Oh, the joy! Let have the same next week, and lets have you prebook!! That’ll save us a few quid on our phone bill, if you reading this now and haven’t booked, pick up the phone!
Anyway, Week 4, another important week, we are a third of the way through the season, those looking to challenge of the title need to start scoring heavily and to make that a little more difficult, Harley Carleton and Jack Goldsmith are here!
We were treated this week with the presence of JSCC driver and Brentwood Boy Ross Connolly and his car he’ll be challenging for the championship with.
Let’s get down to action.
Harry Fleming got us underway with pole position.
3, 2, 1…. Action.
Jack Goldsmith again unleashed a dominate display as he converted his lowly grid position into a battle with Harry Fleming for the lead, Harry also swapped a pants position for a dominate one!
Also charging was Lewis “The Beacon” Deacon as he, Chris Carleton and Iaroslav left the trailing pack in the distance.
Jack again collects the spoils with another win, there is no stopping “Duracell“Jack. Iaroslav was the winner of Best Of The Rest as he brilliant filled 2nd. Round of applause please for Lewis Deacon who fills the final podium position in 3rd.
Harry Fleming gets another mention as he held his position at the front of the pack, however, there’s a storm brewing Jack Goldsmith is huffing and puffing and looking to blow the entire field away. A great display from Harry to kept his position falls short as Jack passes by.
Jack only extends his lead as he collects…. guess what…. another win!
Harry Fleming didn’t have a comfortable ride, after losing touch with Jack, Harry had a lot to deal with as the pack closed in. Never one to back down, Harry dug deep and held his position.
A great well done to Louie Jenkinson, there’s a name that doesn’t appear much in the blogs! Louie was great and right in the action when it mattered as he filled the final podium position.
Sleeves Rolled Up! However, will they slip? Jake Taplin takes pole position.
All by myself, Don’t wanna be, All by myself… Jack Adams has been listening to a little too much Celine Dion as he dominates and pulls away into a more than comfortable lead, Bye Jack!
The rest of the race was the Georgie Anker show, some great driving by Georgie, he wasn’t fast but controlled the race and held on to a great 2nd position despite several others looking to fill it. Jake Taplin followed Georgie across the line to fill 3rd, Overtake Jake, overtake!
Georgie’s great effort in race 1 resulted in a slightly too hasty move in race 2…. Oops, ABC to the back of the pack joining Oliver Zimmerman who unfortunately was on the receiving end of Geogie’s mistake.
Back at the front of the pack…. “The Flash” was the wearer of the biggest smile he looked to be controlling the pace with Jake Taplin in a great 2nd place… Hang On! Jake rolled the sleeves, one at a time… passed our Cadet Champion, took the lead right when it mattered most to win the race! He can overtake! Fresh red slapped face Flash filled 2nd, a great result but 1st was on a plate!
‘From a distance the world looks blue and green’ Bette Midler there for James Rose! James did manage a good result in 3rd, just a little way behind.
C Final winner is a name none of you would have heard of, Joshua Adams, a quick shout out for Joshua, here visiting from France took part in his first slice of Race League action and managed a final win!
Not getting the points he would have liked was George Anker, that’s another low score Georgie, #ShouldHaveBeenHereLastWeek. George won the B Final to position himself at the back of the A Final.
Jake Taplin held on to his pole position… Sleeves Rolled!
But…. the man on the move was Jack Goldsmith, ahead of Jack was Harry Fleming. I am always happy when these two share the racing line as Harry is one of only very very few to battle with Jack. Jack fought tooth and nail….. and then binned it! Binning Harry’s chances too, looks like we may have found Jack’s weakness…. PRESSURE!!! Remember that guys… Back to the battle at the front, Iaroslav and Georgie Anker were the two with knife and fork at the ready.. Jake’s the dinner! Time to turn up the heat… “The Flash” clearly has the bigger appetite, he’s flying…. Bye Georgie… To slow, The Flash passes Georgie and set off in hot pursuit for the top two.
Sleeves Rolled! Jake still leads, but this looks short lived! “The Flash” is there again, he now passed Iaroslav and fills 2nd!
Jake! Jake! Jake! Smiles all round! Jake Taplin, rolled and pinned his sleeves this week! KEEP IT THAT WAY!! Finally a week win and very well deserved, the last few weeks have seen a large improvement for Jake and today is the cherry on the top…. A great win and an overall week win for Jake! Runner up is the high charging Oliver Flashman, one to watch, another overall podium. The final podium place is filled by Iaroslav after a great race, our champion Jack only manages 9th!

The return of the Mac, Harley’s back… Pole Position… Of Course!
The word of the race is… Millimetres.. That’s the distance between the front three, lap after lap Harley “The Mack” Carleton, “Bootlegging” Beau and Jack “Jackpot” Williamson lapped, slowly pulling away from the rest of the field. An impressive race to watch, but with only one consistent factor, Harley lead every lap despite being the slowest of the three!
Harley again collected the win. Beau held onto a great 2nd ahead of Jack Williamson!
We had the same three drivers again dominate the race, and the blogs!
This race was a little different as “The Mack” dominated, pulled clear, waved good bye, and simply head and shoulders outperformed the entire gird! Experience counts of course, but Harley is one of a rare breed! A driver who gets the best out of all the karts!!!! Take note guys and girls!
Jack Williamson managed one place better as he this time claimed 2nd ahead of Beau!
Harry Nottage filled pole position.
Bish, Bash, Bong… Pole position was gone! Kye Kinch, he’s beginning to turn a few heads now. Kye passes our pole man Harry to take the lead.
Harry isn’t out the hot water just yet, The rapid Joshua Patrick swaps 4th for 3rd.
Thats it, Kye Kinch has secured the start of his championship charge, my fiver is at risk! A great win for Kye. Never far away is Harry Nottage who again fills the podium in 2nd.
One To Watch is Joshua Patrick, a great 3rd for Joshua.
I’m gonna start copying and pasting names soon, as the same three drivers from race 1, were again the heavy hitters in race 2.
We were treated to another good battle as these three soldiers fought for superiority.
Kye Kinch was the overtaking champion and champion of this race, another win for Kye, this championship is going to be close!
Joshua Patrick picked up one place better this time around, 2nd and importantly ahead of Harry Nottage, points mean prises, we can’t afford to lose these!
Matt “Max, Not Joss Verstappen” Robinson found his way to the A Final after a great win in the B Final.
The word of the race is… Miles..
Harley turned his pole position into a race lead, then into a race lead extension and then into dominance!
“The Mack” looks like his never been away! Someone sign him up! #FutureF1
Anyway, bye Harley. There is another battle well worth watching!
Kye Kinch, Beau Sullivan and Jack Williamson where the three drivers battling where all eyes were.
All three drivers held 2nd position at different points, a great clean race.
Harry Nottage isn’t having his best race and I don’t think the kart is helping his cause, hes still doing a decent job holding 5th ahead of Joshua Patrick, and we all know how fast he is!
Harley wins by miles! A great job!
Jack Williamson is the man of the hour, he finishes a distant 2nd but a great 2nd for his championship hopes, hang on… is this another driver in contention?!
Kye Kinch collects a strong 3rd followed by Beau, yet another driver with championship aspirations.
