“I Don’t Know What To Do With My Hands”
New Year, New Start, New Challenges and of course, News Suits (Lots Of Them) Same old Flash! Pole position!!
Flash did what he does best and converted pole position into a race win, first win of 2017 goes to The Flash. The New Year looks to bring a new Jack “Jackpot” Williamson as he followed home in 2nd position, a controlled race from Jack, Never to far from the meaty end is “The Piranha” Jess White completed the podium positions in 3rd.
As you were! Race 2 saw the same three driver collect the main spoils with all three drivers in the same positions as race one. A quick shout out for Stef Christa-fuu-fuu-foo, as the newest driver in the race he secured 5th in race 1 and an even better 4th in race 2.
Beau “Red Wine For Christmas” Sullivan filled pole position for his group.
This season’s surprise package is Henry George, The driver I usually undersell, until I look at how well he is doing in the championship, he spent most the season leading it and taking the fight to The Flash every week, every race, every lap!
It was Henry who collected the spoils in race 1 with a great win ahead of Kye Kinch who followed home 3 seconds behind, but ahead of “Prohibition” Beau.
**Game Changer** Henry George runs wide, wide, and wider…. OFF! Henry’s in the tyres!! He’ll need retrieving; he’s clearly not happy and is now doing his best impression as a strawberry! “Thank You Very Much” says Kye, 1st place race win. A great driver from Kye. Oliver “Who Currently Doesn’t Have A Nickname” Shelton collected 2nd and “Boozy” Beau 3rd.
Taner Tossoun collects a place in the A Final after winning the B Final.
Green Lights, 2017’s first A Final is underway. The Flash just needs to keep his nose clean as he starts from Pole position and keeps his lead.
We’re in for a barnstorming race as the pack tussles on the drying track, who finds the driest line first will be the drivers who come out on top. The Flash doesn’t need to worry, he already doing an “Enya” and sailing away! Kye is the only driver in the same postcode! Hang On!! Kye’s off! He’s taking Henry’s line straight to the scene of the accident and into the tyres, 2nd positions… Last Position! Game Over! Jack “Jackpot” Williamson couldn’t find the same composure or the same pace he had earlier and slipped to the back. “Bootlegging” Beau’s had a bit of everything, good luck and bad, he’s starting to make a challenge again now!
“Started from the bottom now we’re here” Taner likes a challenge, he started last, kept his nose clean, didn’t panic, didn’t over drive and is now The Flash’s main challenger! Matthew Robinson also had “The Eye Of The Tiger” he’s 3rd! You can’t write this!!
Chequered Flag! Olli, Olli, Olli, 1st, 1st, 1st! Another win for the Flash, an extra important one as there is now breathing space between him and Henry for the first time this season!
The brilliantly calm Taner is a brilliant 2nd (From the back) Matthew Robinson smiles for the camera and collects 3rd!
A great start to the new year, more of the same next week please!

There’s Loads of them! New Suits everywhere.
Jack took pole! Jack Adams that is! He’s getting better this guy!
Jack held his position until “Ayrton” Wratten came knocking, Alfie was back and took the lead and the race win! Good Boy, Good Boy.
Pole position man Jack Adam had to settle for a strong 2nd place, points make prizes.
Oliver Moo-Jew-Jew filled 3rd on the 15 strong grid.
“The Wanderer” was back, Ross “Shake & Bake” Connolly returned and after “rust removal” in race 1, he was immediately back amongst the top position in race 2, 1st position to be exact!
Alfie was there again in 2nd followed by the always improving Jack Adams.
Jack again took pole position, Jack Goldsmith this time.
Jack had it all his own way in race 1, taking the lead early on and controlling the race from there on. “The always There” Harry Fleming wasn’t far behind as he collected 2nd we had another fantastic result, again, for Lewis Moore! Real drivers appear in the rain!
Harry Fleming exchanged 2nd for 1st in race 2 as he filled the important position and a place in the A Final, Jack wasn’t far behind after an early kart change as he again filled the podium place in 2nd.
“Mr Unpronounceable” Iaroslav Kovalev made an impression on the podium places as he filled 3rd.
With all the heats out the way and the removal of 19 drivers we were left with our top 10 for the A Final. An A Final that included Katherine White after her great win in the B Final.
Green Lights!! COMING THROUGH!!! Katherine White’s “Lunge” of a move was harsh, but most importantly… Fair as she gained 2 positions!
Lunge noun “a sudden forward thrust of the body, typically with an arm (Or Kart) outstretched to attack someone or seize something”
Alfie Wratten kept his position at the head of the field but soon had Ross Connolly for company, a two way fight for the lead followed!
Oliver Moo-Jew-Jew soon had a buddy in the shape of Rogerio Mendes as these two battled with each other. Stay of the wet stuff Rogerio!
The track was drying and the racing line was changing! Harry Fleming was the first to react, plummeting his lap times by 2 seconds. Ross was past Alfie and into the lead! But “hitting the highway like a battering ram on a silver black phantom bike” was Harry Fleming
(Some Meatloaf for you there, ask your parents)
Harry was also past Alfie and now made mince meat of Ross’ position. 1st for Harry and now he was pulling away!
Jack Adams was again making an impression as he and the fast moving Katherine started sharing the same part of the track, now, now, theres room for you both, lets try and catch 4th!
Harry Fleming, Victory! A great drive from Harry with Ross Connolly 2nd and Alfie 3rd!
More great action from all drivers, a great start to 2017
